“The Brand Experience,” a forward-thinking YouTube channel and soon-to-be podcast, officially launches today with the aim of reshaping how purpose-driven brands engage with their audiences through innovative digital experiences and strategies designed to thrive in “The Experience Economy.”
Hosted by JP Holecka, a 30-plus-year veteran in digital transformation, design, and communication, and Michael “Howie” Howatson, a 30 year veteran in design strategy, experience design, and brand, the platform caters to industry leaders and creative professionals passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital and service design. "The Brand Experience" offers a holistic view of creating compelling brand experiences that resonate across digital and physical platforms.
In the next week, "The Brand Experience" will expand into an audio podcast, making its rich content accessible on the go.
“Our goal is to explore all aspects of how modern brands can, and are, successfully redefining themselves as customers co-write their brand stories together. Each episode will be filled with actionable insights that our audience can implement to foster robust growth and innovation," said JP Holecka.
And Howie Howatson adds, “Brand & Product Experience are stuck in the last century. Brand IS experience, and experience IS brand. The hold-over agency & consultancy silofication is missing the point, and each side of the equation is operating as if the other wasn’t there. Let’s fix that.”
Future Episodes Will Cover:
- In-depth analyses of successful digital transformation, digital product design, and brand strategies.
- The growing importance that CIOs have driving brands versus what has traditionally been in the CMOs camp.
- Interviews with industry leaders who are redefining the marketplace.
- Case studies on the effective integration of technology and brand purpose.
