The brief.

TELUS wanted to get their corporate rewards program to market, and fast.

In order to differentiate from other telcos, they needed to deliver an online rewards customer experience that surprised and delighted customers. They also needed a service side experience that would make it simple for reps to assist customers in onboarding the program.

The solution.

Power Shifter was a preferred partner and had a long history of working with TELUS. We were excited by the opportunity to deliver a world-class rewards program to the TELUS Team and customers.

With an unmovable deadline for launch, our team moved fast, launching a consumer-side experience that allowed customer to register and redeem points through the TELUS Rewards loyalty program website integrating with Aimia’s API for point redemption.

The outcome.

TELUS Rewards was launched on time and within 6 months of activation achieved the following impressive results:

On average, Rewards members are sharing higher L2R scores across the enterprise than non-Rewards members.

100% of Rewards CSR team members polled preferred the new agent portal experience to the legacy experience. Their team is “amazed at the simple and more specific layout to help support customers”.
